Born in Panama City and raised in the heart of Jerusalem, Elchanan brings a unique blend of international perspective and deep local knowledge. His career began with leading real estate firms in Israel, where he gained experience in luxury transactions and market strategy. Yet, it was his entrepreneurial spirit and genuine care for people that drove him to establish Revach Real Estate – a boutique agency rooted in purpose, trust, and authenticity. For Elchanan, real estate is more than numbers or negotiations. It is about creating belonging, building relationships, and shaping the story of Jerusalem one home at a time
Alongside him stands his wife and partner, Odeliah Revach – a Swiss-born businesswoman who immigrated to Israel just a few years ago. Fluent in five languages, she knows firsthand the challenges and opportunities that come with building a new life in Jerusalem. Her own journey inspired her to help others take the same step, and her background in business, empathy, and cultural awareness make her a natural guide for new immigrants, international investors, and families.
